High Integrity Interval Training is a workout session that first took place at Sappyfest 2023 in Sackville, NB. This is the music that guides it. Led by Simone Schmidt (Fiver) and Lance Sampson (Aquakultre), this was produced by their sometimes drummer/bassist, Nate Doucet.
